At long last, another new chapter of Otaku no Musume-san. According to Stu-Hiro, this is the first chapter of the final volume. Probably 4-5 chapters left before the series ends...
gotta admit kanau's mom is an ass I've come to hate her now that her true nature has been revealed and nicchi is an ass too since he didn't take the initiative to turn her down properly. I have a feeling she's going to end up alone and the father's are going to end up with the children.
Wow, another twist I wasn't expecting. Well, ever since the whole secret marriage thing, this manga has been going down hill. Will read until the end, but I don't expect a good ending which sucks because I used to enjoy this manga so much.

Looks like nozomi's going to end up alone and nicchi/nozomi are both at fault for dragging this on for so long. I have a feeling the children will resent her and the fathers will end up with the children, kouta will most likely end up with haruka since it seems more realistic.
I liked how there was a Madoka Magica reference thrown right in there at the end with the もう何も怖くない！？ (Do/does you/he fear nothing anymore!?/Does he fear nothing!?) Ah... the finer points of otaku manga.
It is official, Nozomu has become the most universally hated character in this manga closely followed by Chihiro.
In fact I was feeling seriously creeped out as I read this chapter by how extremely fucked up was Nozomu's personality. Maybe the author has a thing for (as pointed previously) NTR hentai?
It behooves the question though, how did Kanau manage to grow up so honest and non-angsty with that kind of mother, it kinda contradicts itself and throws my suspension of disbelief out the window. Nozomu's shown here as a despicable person, and yet she must have been a somewhat good mother.
Anyways this manga has been having too many facepalm-twists lately, from the secret marriage with Takeo to the sudden appearance of Tsukamu out of nowhere which to me made no fucking sense. I can't believe that's the sort of thing a 9 year old can keep secret for a whole year, it rather felt like it had been an idea suddenly taken out of the author's ass without much thought to it.
And yet I enjoyed it, even if it did irk me quite a bit, the chapter was enjoyable and reedemed (barely) by Kouta's manly-tears and determination at the end.
TL;DR: What is a Nozomu? A miserable little pile of secrets! The author's plot-twists fail harder than those of M. Night Shyamalan. MOVE KOUTA FOR GREAT JUSTICE!
I would love to see as all the other people have commented the children ending up with the fathers. Then that B**** Nozomi tells the children that she was leaving them forever and it would be impossible to find her. But the twist is that Chihiro and that B**** Nozomi ends up taking a swim with the fishes thanks to the loan sharks she borrowed money from.
This isn't that NTR-ish, though. For one, Kouta looks like he's over Nozomi at this point. Or at least, his love for Kanau is greater than any lingering feelings that he may have for Nozomi. Second of all, it's not Chihiro "stole" Nozomi from him. Nozomi was never truly in love with Kouta in the first place. What a despicable woman, really. It does make you rage a bit inside like NTR hentai, though.
does this mean nicchi was watching her bone kouta and nozomi knew it? i think that's what people mean about ntr. i don't want this manga to end :(. every chapter is good. it's the only manga i still look forward to and am willing to stay up late, be late for class/work just to read it asap.
Thanks a lot for this new chapter!! I must admit that I did not see that one coming. Nozomi-senpai being such a manipulating and egoist women... I simply can't imagine what'll happen next!
